Boiler suddenly stopped working late Friday evening. Messaged Boiler Tech and they were at the house and repairing it the following morning. Got me out of a bad situation very easily.

Diagnosed problem but before proceeding asked a controls guy to check the system over and he found a live cable left in by gas board which he disconnected. Confirmed it was three port valve and fitted new one. Made sure that I always had heating and hot water very good.
What can we say about Boilertech that has not already been said? Professional throughout and The Best is what we have been repeatedly told and we can only agree. They turn up when they say they will. Boiler broke down Saturday night. Called Boiler Tech (Dave) Sunday morning and he said he would come over on Monday. Due to previous job on the Monday taking a lot longer than planned and didn’t mange to turn up until 21:20. He said he would be over on Monday and he did. Dedication to stick to his word was amazing. Took 10 mins to diagnose issue. Tuesday Dave got new parts (ignition unit) and got the program control board cleaned up, rather than just replace it to keep costs down. He also got hold of replacement pcb just in case to ensure job got done. Very experienced and would recommend.

Came out as an emergency plumber late on a Sunday night after my radiator sprung a leak. He came out promptly and the problem was resolved very quickly. He came back a day later to check that everything was ok, and the price charged was very reasonable considering the time of the call out.
